A Quaker Pegg-painted Derby floral botanical plate c.1815

Finely painted by Pegg, with a superbly executed rose study. The botanical study is named, verso. Simple gilt border. Derby crown and batons over 'D' mark, in red. 

Condition.

The usual crazing, endemic to Derby pieces of this period.
